白癜风

又称白驳风，现代医学则称为白癍病，本病为常见皮肤病。

方中当归活血祛瘀，养血祛风，为君药。桃仁、红花活血行滞，为臣药。丹参、紫草凉血活血，川芎、香附活血理气，补骨脂、干姜、山药、黄芪补肾健脾，益气生血，蒺藜、白鲜皮、乌梢蛇、龙胆祛风除湿活络，为佐药。诸药合用，共奏活血行滞，祛风解毒的功效。

坚持治疗，90天为一个疗程，切忌三天打鱼，两天晒网，正常表皮细胞的生长周期约为19天。患白癜风时，白斑内受损的黑色素细胞恢复比正常表皮细胞生长周期长很多。一般需要6—12周。因此，局限型白斑一般要治疗2个月，节段型、肢端型与泛发型一般要治疗3个月才能判断疗效。
