Ingredients:
Rehmannia root
Asiatic cornelian cherry fruit
Cinnamon bark
Common yam rhizome
Eucommia bark
Dodder seed
Tangkwei root.

Actions: Warming and enriching kidney-yang, and replenishing essence and marrow.

Indications: Kidney yang insufficiency and weakness of the life gate fire manifested as soreness and weakness in the low back and knees, spirit lassitude, fear of cold, impotence and seminal emission, sloppy stool, frequent discharge of clear urine.

It is applicable to nephrotic syndrome, senile osteoporosis, infertility from spermacrasia, anemia, leukopenia and others, which belong to kidney-yang deficiency.*

Direction: As a dietary supplement, take 6-8 pills 3 times a day after meal with warm water.

功能与主治：温补肾阳。肾阳不足，命门火衰，神疲气怯，畏寒肢冷，阳痿遗精，不能生育，腰膝酸软，小便自遗，肢节痹痛，周身浮肿；或火不能生土，脾胃虚寒，饮食少进，或呕恶膨胀，或翻胃噎膈，或脐腹多痛，或大便不实，泻痢频作。

服法与用量：口服，一次 8丸，一日 3次。

本方系从《金匮要略》肾气丸加减衍化而来，所治之证属肾阳不足，命门火衰，或火不生土所致。方中除用桂、附外，还增入鹿角胶、菟丝子、杜仲，以加强温阳补肾 之功；又加当归、枸杞子，配合熟地、山药、山茱萸以增益滋阴养血之效。其配伍滋阴养血药的意义，即《景岳全书》所说：“善补阳者，必于阴中求阳”之意。

临床适用于：
1、男性不育：肾阳不足、命门火衰、气怯神疲、畏寒肢冷、阳萎、滑精、不能生育。
2、女性不孕不育：肾阳虚型，证见婚久不孕或流产后不孕，月经后期量少，或稀发、闭经。性欲淡漠，带下量多清稀。面色晦暗，腰酸膝软；大便不实，小便清长，夜尿多，小腹冷或四肢不温。妇科检查可有子宫发育不良，卵巢功能测定常有排卵功能障碍等，也可有甲状腺功能较低者。
