Ingredients: Chinese giant hyssop (whole plant); Chinese skullcap (root); Flowering quince (fruit); Chinese hawthorn (fruit); Gardenia (fruit); Japanese honeysuckle (flower); Chinese mint (above ground parts); Tangerine (dried rind); Forsythia (root); Asian water plantain (rhizome); Cang-zhu atractylodes (rhizome); Lophatherum (stem & leaf).

Actions: Dispersing heat and relieving thirst, removing food stagnation and dampness, promoting digestion, relieving abdominal pain and arresting diarrhea.

Main indications: Used for exogenous syndrome of wind-heat, heat stoke, fever, dry throat, thirsty, abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea due to food stagnation and dampness, infection of virus and bacteria.*

Directions: Pouring 1.5 cups (12 fl. oz) of boiling water over 2 packets of Singlin Kam Wo Herbal Tea, let simmer for 15 minutes, then drink. In case of fever due to cold of wind-heat, adding ginger, shallot and purple perilla leaf, make decoction to drink.

主要成分：藿香、黄芩、木瓜、金银花、山栀子、青皮、连翘、薄荷、陈皮、泽泻、山楂、苍术、淡竹叶、绿茶。

功能与主治：清暑散热，生津止渴，除湿热食滞，帮助消化。用于湿热、细菌病毒感染引起的腹痛、呕吐、腹泻，中暑口渴。如感冒发热，宜加葱、姜、紫苏叶适量煎服。

服法与用量：每次用两包，1杯半滚开水泡或煎15分钟，然后服用，每日1到2次。

注意事项：
1、忌烟、酒及辛辣、生冷、油腻食物。
2、不宜在服药期间同时服用滋补性中成药。
