wen jing tang (Evodia Combo Decoction)

for early or late menses, persistent but mild uterine bleeding, continuous or extended menstrual flow, bleeding or spotting between cycles, distension, pain, and cold in the lower abdomen, low grade fever in the evenings, dry mouth and lips, warm feeling in the palms and soles, infertility. The classical formula "Wen Jing Tang" (Decoction for Warming the Meridians) in TCM is primarily used to warm the meridians and dispel cold, remove blood stasis and nourish blood, for the treatment of deficiency-cold in the thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel and accumulation of blood stasis, marked by irregular menstruation, or failure to conceive due to cold in the uterine. It is applicable to Irregular Menstruation; Dysmenorrhea; Uterine Bleeding; Infertility; Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease.

Main indications: For a person with irregular menstruation due to deficiency and coldness in the Chong (Vital) and Ren (Conception) channels; manifestations are early or late menses, persistent but mild uterine bleeding; continuous or extended menstrual flow; bleeding or spotting between cycles; distension, pain, and cold in the lower abdomen; low grade fever in the evenings; dry mouth and lips, warm feeling in the palms and soles; incapability to conceive.*
